Clients, by the use of this site acknowledge that the access to the information within our database is for the sole use of his/her individual campaigns and that the information will not be resold for the use in other campaigns or otherwise transferred to third parties; and, will not be used for commercial purposes.

Client Proprietary List:

Users have the option of creating customized voter lists. This information, subject to the terms of service entered into between VoterTouch^sm and the client, is the sole property of the client. VoterTouch^sm will safeguard such lists and will not make this information available to other individuals without the prior written consent of the client.
